I was able to make a decision and choose the best for my house. Five star for Jasmin’s customer service. We are happy with the purchase. I would recommend and definitely like to visit the New Lynn store again. Thank you.

Bought two rugs from Terapa branch, everytime we step on the rugs they keep moving, curling and bunching which is very annoying. Staff doesn’t have enough knowledge about their products .Very disappointed.
