★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No service which is ridiculous for the overpriced drinks. The server guy was swinging a plate around and talking to the bar staff and then sat next to his mates for a yarn... meanwhile I'm sitting here waiting for an $18 cocktail for 30minutes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very confusing. Has a sign out front saying "white and wongs please wait to be seated", but no information about what to do if you are just wanting to have a few drinks and bar snacks.
Went up to the bar, was offered a tab and table. After our first round of drinks decided to order more and was rudely informed that there is no table service but they will "do it for only us", to then have other wait staff come up and ask us "is there anything else I can get you?" - is there table service or not?
Snacks came out in random order first lot with no sauces and we had to ask for cutlery, then as we were leaving we were approached to let us know that they had run out of dumplings? Their main staple?
Reiterating my first comment. Very confusing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't understand why everyone's complaining about the service, we've had totally different experiences. Everytime we've been here since Westfield opened, we've had amazing service and staff have been very accommodating. Prices are a little bit expensive, but I guess that's the price you pay for the view and atmosphere. There are cheaper options on the menu but the goat curry was totally worth the price, looked more like a sharing plate but I was offered a takeaway container.
I love coming here and I'll definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service - unprofessional communication, not respecting personal space. Waiter pushes in between you and a friend to collect plates without saying excuse me. Glassware was dirty, champagne glass had lipstick on it and warm from dishwasher. Chicken was raw when ordered, serious health and safety issues with uncooked chicken, was offered replacement however still charged $18. Cocktails are tasty with good selection. Unfortunately not sure I will be back unless the standards increase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible foods, nice waitress and nice restaurant. This manager who showed us the table look overly depressed and didn’t even smile. I ordered Smoked Salmon and it was one of the worst thing I ate. That was my first time there. The salmon was so dry and hard to chew, the sauce doesn’t even make it taste better. What was the green sauce? It was so sour, the whole thing was like eating a cardboard. FYI.. I chewed on paper when I was a kid coz of curiosity, so I know what it taste like. It was $22, and I was very hungry after my fasting, was wondering whether to send it back, I was toooooo hungry to send it back that was the only reason I sat there and eat it!!! Would never go there again for foods. If my friends invite me, I would just sit there without ordering foods, can’t get that taste off my mind. Very disappointed. Expected better from a nice restaurant with a good location!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service both times I have been here and all running around like headless chickens. Ignored at the bar, staff are unfriendly and took their sweet time about everything. Serving people seemed like a hassle and then there is the manager. Yelling at staff across the bar when food was going out. Terrible attitude. Two tables around us, all of us talking about how bad the service had been. Get more staff on for busy times, and teach them how to serve customers.
