★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've rented from these guys in the past with no problems and while their prices are good I left this time slightly dis-shelved.
There was a dispute about the gas filling of the tank. So here is a heads up. Don't fill to the second click plus when you return a truck park it on the flat. The return area has a slight incline and will miss read the diesel.
When they check you out its on a downwards incline and shows full.
Over the years I've rented cars and trucks and never have I had a problem like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a one hour delay at airport . No body answer the phone. I went through discover car hire agent and i paid for insurance for them. But they charge me another 2000 dollar deposit and release after three weeks. They are taking the business from the agent but they are not accepting the insurance. One of their staff told discover car is just an agent insurance from them is not valid.i used discover agent before but never happened something like this.
The staff is very rude, they are telling they got late pick up from the airport because they were busy.if you want mess up your trip SNAP is the best

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another great experience with Snap. Considerably cheaper than the 'big' rental companies and absolutely no issue at all. Car slightly older (~6 years) but in perfect working order. Will be back next time I'm in NZ!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super fast pick up at airport, just had to click a button and add our details and then they were there to pick us up. Fast friendly check in when we got to Snap. Arrived back and again fast friendly service to return the vehicle and super fast delivery back to the airport. Would highly recommend

Specially the zero bond, zero excess insurance deal is excellent, no stress at all. I have hired the car from them in Queenstown as well and experience the same excellent service. Well done. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service that we received was absolutely wonderful, the boys at the Christchurch branch they were fantastic, if all car rentals have guys like that life will be so much simpler, service with a smile and it’s like you have known them for a long time, great service, breeze in and breeze out. Awesome, the drop off place as well, the after hours, wonderful lady there as well, early hours but still cheerful and happy, even ask if I needed a ride back to the airport, the rental car we just love it, no problem, 10/10 Thank you guys for the wonderful service and wonderful rental you provided for us, we will definitely rent from you guys again. Whoever wants to have a rental, I suggest look these guys up, even the price is cheaper then other rentals, no hidden costs. Thanks again Snap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3rd time we booked with Snap, and were very happy with everything. Yes I was a bit taken aback when I forgot about the $2000 security we had to put down because we don't have a credit card, but our customer service relation was very good at explaining it, even though I got a bit annoyed, he kept his calm and was very friendly. :) Never had any car issues or other problems with service, on the opposite, they were going above and beyond to make sure we could get a coffee close by, they dropped us off and picked us up again when it was time to go to the airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service at really good prices. I made the mistake of booking the rental car at the wrong city. When I called them up, the lady was really easy to deal with and organized a shuttle ride and notified the team to expect me and that I'd need a car last minute. Lucky for me everything went smoothly and they picked me up within minutes, and despite being quite busy when we got there, they found me a car and I was away. Very efficient and friendly staff all around.
