★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has had its ups and downs. The product sells itself but the service is variable. I struggle to comprehend why they would tell any walk-in customer that there's a 15 minute wait. Demand will obviously be high in this mall based store which warrants urgent attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean location with relatively friendly employees. Very long line and the menu had some items marked as sold out. There is seating inside. This location sells pastry, muffins, and some savory bakery goods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are not as attentive and well trained compared to the ones on Takapuna Branch.
I was standing waiting at the counter to place my order. With 4 staff infront of me, took them over 2 minutes to take my order. I ordered my usual coffee based Cookies n creme frappe and I have to change the the straw 3x. It wasnt blended well. As I changed my straw, I nicely mentioned it to the barista, she just said "oh ok" and turned her back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok team I have given you plenty of chances but nothing changes. The staff is rude. My iced drink was filled with coffee grounds…an actual layer on top! If I’m going to pay $7.50 for a drink I expect more attention to detail. Go to Westfield Starbucks they are fantastic and skip Albany.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be a staff worked in the mall at the past 6 years , Try a lot of times their coffee so far was horrible compared the price and the taste of other coffee shops in the mall are better, i think I better to make a instant coffee with milk at the back office rather then waiting for 20mins get a ☹️ coffee. The worst Starbucks ever I had all around New Zealand. Sorry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited with my family. The branch is clean and spacious. We ordered a few drinks and my family enjoyed theirs. There's always something different to try at Starbucks which is nice. One negative was how the Classic hot chocolate was made. To be honest it was like drinking warm water with chocolate added to it. At the end of the day it is called hot chocolate for a reason. It would be nice to be notified when our drinks are prepared.
