Being a male it's embarrassing to walk into a place where ladies usually go but Tia put me at ease the minute I walked in the door! I found her very compassionate, professional and informative. She has a very caring nature and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to my friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been twice, first time the technician was kind and friendly, the second visit I was treated by this rude woman that made me feel not at all welcomed and the laser treatment itself was not as good an experience as the first time. Glad I didn’t prepay that many sessions as I will not go back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, came in was greeted by rose she was very friendly and patient with me as I have a problem with understanding. She went through all the prices and didn't make me feel uncomfortable so I will be coming in for laser.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always have to wait. Once I’ve been late(for 5 min)and received terrible phone call from reception…..I wrote about it directly to laser clinic web site, no feedback…..
But when I’m in time I have to wait 10-15 min, is it nice service?!?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have made booking at 4pm 12th feb online but when I arrived clinic, they can’t find my booking, also saying not only me having the issue but others too and the issue has been a while (online booking disappeared).
You guys need to improve your online booking system as it is absolutely wasted my time. After used all the pre-paid treatments, I would not buying anything from your company because even you can’t get things right even for a simple online booking system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The woman who did my laser didn't listen to me, I had a small spot on my chin which I wanted lasered and I said can you just do this bit, and pointed to it. and before I knew it she was shaving my entire chin and around my mouth! I was saying no, I just want this part... But it was too late by that point. Now I'm so terrified that my whole chin will start to grow hair where I never needed to worry about that before. I also got a half arm laser and she started lasering under my arm where I don't experience any noticible hair growth. I was like, oh what are you doing there? I left feeling a bit traumatised mostly about the chin hair. And now I've provoked hair growth in places that were fine and didn't need laser. I've been getting laser for the past 10 years in Australia and never had anyone this heavy handed. Also usually the technician will grid up your legs with chalk so they don't miss anything and they didn't do that here. Really disappointing :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve tried twice to call Albany after 15 min on hold I gave up. This clinic took my money for laser and expected me to walk out with no proof of purchase. I eventually got a receipt with no record of what I purchased. So, they let me take screen shot of my 4 prepaid laser sessions. The registration email promised never came through and I can’t login as my registration is not complete? Can’t phone them to sort this out or make appointments. If this is the service before you even get a treatment
I have no faith in the clinic. I’m hoping I might get a call from them to sort it out with this review
