The store is always spotless and the staff are very smart. Excellent service and nothing is too much trouble. The only Pandora store I use.

Got some last minute Christmas gifts for myself and was served by Florence, although she forgot to packed in my clasp opener but I got it the next day without any hassle(course u need to show ur receipts). My kids was served by Angel, which is also helpful in finding the stuff that they wanted for mum. Kudos team Botany very accommodating/helpful
