★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought some earrings and got very painful ears after only a couple of hours wear. Brought them to the shop within two weeks, and was told they can't exchange or refund. Would not have purchased the earrings if the shop assistant had explained the terms and conditions clearly in the first place when I purchased them. Called the customer service center, and got the refund in a gift card.

Our experience was very good and I would recommend others to try out this store. They even hooked us up for a farmers card in some simple steps.
