★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner went in to get a sub at 8:30pm at Lincoln Road Subway, and the door was locked with staff still inside. This is half an hour before closing time, and when he signalled to let him in they stared right at him and then looked away. He proceeded to stand there and point to the hours sign, but still no reaction. This is crazy! A whole 30 minutes before they were meant to close, change your hours if you’re anticipating close that early otherwise peoples dinners are ruined when they work late lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I bought two sandwiches from there. There was a male staff training a young girl, the girl was good, nothing wrong, but the trainer were quite mean to her. Whenever what she did, he always commented something mean in front of customers. I really wanted to tell her that is some kind of bully, but I thought maybe she really needs that job. Very bad atmosphere there, really, training new staff doesn't means you have to so mean on new employee, you can friendly and nicely teach her something, plus nothing wrong with her. She should go to The Unite to get some help.
