Good large selection of everything you need for a good time.....but my wife and I have been to this store on a number of occasions separately and each time have brought a number of items. Trying to carry all your purchases to your vehicle on your own is difficult at times but none of the staff have ever offered to help us take these out. The most recent time I was there this happened to me I just spent over $100 in the store multiple bottles to carry there was only me in there at the time and 2 staff. To me customer service is key and because of these experiences we are not going to purchase from here going forward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome location , awesome selection of products, had almost every thing I was looking for. Bloody mobile homes / campers were getting the way of getting in and out of the Liquor King off street parking. Otherwise good , will be back again when next in Taupo.

When I visited last year (2021) it was a Liquor King, now a year later (2022) it is a Super Liquor.
I can't say anything about it now as I haven't been in yet but when it was a Liquor King they didn't have the items I had gone in for. Hopefully their range has expanded.
