★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called SuperTowing to tow our TinyHouse to Oratia. It's a huge Tiny House (12 m long) so they send out Nigel, an expert driver who worked miracles, I'm not kidding! If we would ever move out from our lovely spot, we're calling them again!

Very sketchy, avoid if you value your vehicle or its contents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Following my car being broken into and vandalized, my car was towed. I requested my car covering be put over it at the depot to preserve evidence for forensics. The driver assured me he would. Long story short he didnt and all possible prints washed away in a downpour before forensics attended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We (2 females) waited with our car to hand over keys & confirm address as this wasn't asked for over the initial call-out phone call. Towie discriminated us on arrival. Assumed we were little street kids hanging around. Arrived yelling as soon as he stepped out the truck for us to get lost then shut up as soon as I told him it was my car & showed him the keys. He then was still very hostile as he loaded car onto truck. Didnt even listen when I asked how to go about paying as we had to walk home. Because of this I asked about payment as my card was at home & he would most definitely get there before we did but he didn't listen & drove off ONLY for tow company to call & ask me about payment whilst he sat there with car in tow! After his hostile Shenanigans & talking to the man with no ears on the phone I told them to put it back & leave it. They were angry about wasting their time coming out but i didn't care at that point! I didn't need nor have to put up with any of that! I then had it towed by another company that actually gave us a ride home AND was much cheaper! Rang up to make a complaint but again yous didn't care! Glad this platform is here to inform people of the many bad experiences you will have here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would never ever recommend anyone to use these guys for anything. They don't know how to talk to customers, total rip off. Every time you will call them, you will hear different things. It took me 3 days to just get my car released and everyday i had to call them at least 10-15 times and every time they will tell you different things but it will never happen. Long story short, never ever use their service, there are way better towing companies our there, you don't have to ruin your whole day and mood because of this.
