They trying to cut cost is not the way the already increased prices few times and now removed paywave
Keeps going down hill always busy and 1 person working
Also no lids how hard is it to stock enough lids

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently had Thai Beef wrap from this store with the life force protein and it was amazing. The staff there are really nice and Tank’s staff customer service has made me become one of their regular customers. I have Tank literally everyday now. The staff has also become a great friend of mine, especially Gurleen. They are really helpful and polite. Tank is my favourite place to eat at. Love Tank ?♥️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was served by a young man yesterday (19/02/2020) he was extremely efficient and displayed superb mannerisms to me. Despite the store being extremely busy he showed competence and respect for each customer AND while also making an delicious smoothie. I can assure anyone that tank constellation employs the best of employees especially that young and I hope he is being treated with a high level of integrity and respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management team is very bad. They never appreciate staffs for their good work. Always create pressure and do not ask staffs before creating roasters. HR department is irresponsible. Almost every time I see people are working alone during busy time and Im not sure how they get good rating from council. Do they get notified before visiting?????
Don’t force staffs to work in another store far from home. TANK does that actually.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I waited 40 minutes for a salad.
I needed to leave so asked for my money back as the salad hadn’t been started. Poor guy was a trainee that had been left there to do everything and didn’t know how to process refunds so wrote on a receipt that we were owed a refund. When we finally went back to get our money back we were told that it’s not their issue and to call head office, unfortunately head office have purposely made it impossible to get in touch with them. We used to go every week to Tank.
I won’t go back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited almost half an hour to literally order, like at this point I haven't even ordered.
The lady working there works very very slow, it's actually really annoying. Not only for me but for the rest of the line too!
If you are in a rush, or if you need to be somewhere be prepared to wait as they only have one staff member on..... a lady had just walked in now and apparently been waiting for a while.
At this point, there's is a line of 4 people. I actually don't think it's the ladies fault who's working, TANK YOU NEED TO STAFF MORE PEOPLE ON!!!! Poor woman ??♀️
UPDATE: the line now has 6 people still waiting here
