Today in the morning I have been airport . As I send my partner to buy tank drink weekly specials. When she went there she asked for weekly specials without berry than the lady served her she refused that we can’t do any changes in weekly special drink that I understood but as she asked make it without ice she requested because of cold and cough than again she refused. I am so disappointed if someone have a problem or sick, you guys don’t understand. My partner also working in tank . I am really upset after this. As i cancel my drink today.

Mr Munish Kumar, the manager is absolutely amazing! He always greets customers with friendly smile and multitasking millions of things at the same time and everything is totally precise and professional!
When I arrived he was dealing with other customers and he already knew exactly this customer needed to order. That is not only for this gentleman, but he was doing for other customers as well. Then of course, when it was my turn, he already knew what I wanted! He deals with millions of customers at busiest Auckland airport and he can do this! Thanks to this service, I always can make the flight how busy they are! This is absolutely amazing! Obviously he lead the team by example, his team is amazing as well. For this amazing customer service, I always make an effort to go to Tank juice at domestic airport not international :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disgusting customer service done by one girl (with black uniform). Never visit again. Customers do not know whole menu if customers asking about things they should treat customers with smile but that girl have so much attitude. If manager is reading this review please train your staff good service. I am Indian and i can understand hindi. She used bad language. Never saw this type of customer service in my whole life. Sorry Tank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty disappointed about their combo policy. Ordered the wrap and a mini juice. Charged full price for the two individual items. $5 more than a combo price. Asked why I was charged more. And they responded “well you didn’t ask for the combo”. Oh. Sorry. Yes I wanted the combo. That’s why I asked for it. Responded with” Sorry to late now. “. Not company policy to encourage you to get the deal.
Contacted the comment line. And told. Yep that’s our policy. Charge full price unless you ask for the combo specifically when ordering. Just a little dishonest. And misleading.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for international terminal tank, as I didn't find it so i am putting reviews here. I love tank smoothies...but I have a sensitive throat..I can't drink ice or too much cold drinks. I tried so many tank on different locations but at airport they always put ice and this time smoothie was too too cold and after few mins it became watery. And staff denied that they put ice in it, they never except their mistakes, this was 3rd time. So disappointing, as a tank lover.
That was strawberry lush...thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered 2 tank juices tonight from tank domestic airport. And this is how much we got when I checked it. When the customer is paying you the full price you are supposed to serve them with a full cup of juice but not the half cup. Can you take a payment for half price for half cup? No you won’t. Then you need to fill the cup as per the quantity. Total rip off from customers to save money on juices. Shameee. Customer service is average. Disappointed. Never recommend a tank to other customers.
