★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally wasted my lunch break recently.
Went and ordered a smoothy and stood and waited.... and waited.... and waited.
About a dozen people got served and when the queue was gone I enquired where my drink was only to be told that the smoothy machine was broken (what!!!).
Also the lady who served me avoided eye contact while she was serving the dozen people behind me so I literarily was waiting for 20 minutes before I could ask.
She offered me a refund (not even an offer for me to choose anything else instead) and cash and coins were thrown into my hand, even though I had paid EFTPOS.
Had to go buy a sandwhich near by and throw it down quickly before returning to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to mall on boxing day. Felt like having a smoothie. Even though they were soo busy but my smoothie was soo yummy. Best ever, will definitely go back again. Yumm yumm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing experience with Tank. They have exceptional service, great food and an amazing location! I really love your wraps and your Strawberry Lush smoothie. Its really good. I just have one suggestion... Could you please make some dressings without onion or garlic? (Since I can't consume those items.) Other than that, I highly recommend this place for everyone and look forward to visiting Tank again when I come to the mall!!! Once again, thanks Tank!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience, staff was not enough trained. I ordered a smooth they made it super thick. Even i can't drink it. I asked to replace or fix it. They blend it again rather than make new one. That became super super thick. Fs i ended up and moved from tank. Actually they need to know, what smoothy taste and drink like.
I can make a better smoothy than tank at home.
Waste of money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 1 tank before 3 groups of people. All 3 groups got their tank and they hadn't even started making my order. 2 out of the 3 orders were wrong flavours. Not impressed considering they had 3 workers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Riccarton mall tank always run out of stock. They always offer us differently what we ask for, today we order large juice and they come up with excuse that they don't have large glass.
The difference between medium and large glass is .60 cent.
Not happy at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a wrap with tank combo. Staff got my wrap wrong and that wasn’t just it. Got there when no one else was, ordered and then watched as at least 7 people were given out there orders that ordered after me. :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every single time I come here wether it’s busy or not, it takes about 10 minutes to even get acknowledged at the counter. They never have the right ingredients and I have not once been here where they havnt messed up my order. Instead the staff are all behind the counter having conversations and giggling
