★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately you can't give less than 1 star, absolutely abysmal service staff couldn't even acknowledge or take an order. Too busy making drinks for customers ignoring people at counter.
Won't last long with that attitude from staff.
Definitely will not ever purchase here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was absolutely appalling. One staff member was on who was extremely rude. She had opted to take her lunch break at 11 which is all well and good i understand this can be unavoidable at times. However, if you write a small note to place on the counter when you have pre order boards people wont see it. As was explained. Rolling your eyes at a customer not appreciated when it was accidental.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was good, Service was really bad. I ordered a salad, they gave me a wrap, said I ordered a wrap, even tho I went in specifically for a salad because I ordered a wrap last time. Before they finished making it I pointed it out, was happy to pay the difference but they said, no. So i just ordered a new salad and gave them the wrap back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Legit terrible. There has been boxes of tables sitting on the ground on the floor there for at least two weeks, ground is covered in receipts and dirt. Missed vital ingredients out of my drink (frozen yog missed from a smoothie) and my friend ordered a juice and the cup was half full of ice. Don't waste your money honestly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like the smoothies, juices everything. But 17 minutes to wait on a wrap and a smoothie when I'm the only customer is ridiculous. I now have 13 minutes to eat and relax before heading back to work. It's not the girls problem at all. She's the only staff and new. Management needs to hire more people because this isn't fair on anyone.
