★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing better at the end of a day of working hard than to take the family for a relax here in the hot pools, the kids go on the hydo slide for a bit of extra fun while we relax and unwind. Love the various pool with varying temperatures and the environment. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited the hot springs many times over the years. I have a feeling that this place needs better maintenance and improved hygiene standards. It would be great to ask all the users to have a shower before entering the pools. This place could be really amazing if it was modernised and refurbished.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had too high expectations of this… “caution hot water” sign everywhere, but the water is not even hot… and the water dirty in all pools. Very disappointed…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were not clear on how long we could be in the private pool and how to book it. We were not aware that we were only to be there for 45 minutes then had to return the key. That staff member said were were not allowed there then said if we wanted to stay there had to give in our keys - which I was ok with. Should have told us when we paid as we informed her that it was our first time. We checked in at 3.40pm and they only looked for us at 6pm when we were leaving. A different staff member had a go at us that her staff would have told us about being at the private pool for only 45 minutes, which she didn't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The over all environment was nice, the hot pools were relaxing. However it is definitely needing some TLC compared to the pictures online. The splash pad was great but freezing so the toddlers couldn't really stay there to long. Kids enjoyed the slide but only one was operating unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked motorhome in for the night, plugged into power . Strolled around the park taken photo's. A very will manicured park . Went out for dinner on the way back the entrance way and park looked very magical . Have 1st class toilets , showers , laundry and kitchen. Ev charger on site and recycle bins . 2 dump stations plus fresh water available .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for families to relax and enjoy the naturally heated geothermal mineral pools. Water temp is kept at about 38 - 40 degrees... we went during winter and it was just perfect. The Hydroslide is a few dollars extra but kids loved it. Your ticket allows you to leave the park and return at night which was great. Highly recommended.
