Clean and tidy rooms. The most phenomenal view of ruapehu. Great location. Only downside was noisey upstair neighbours (no sound proofing?) but otherwise awesome! Great price too!!!

The worst customer service l have ever experienced. They canceled our booking a day before our departure @8pm because of our 11 month baby that they had confirmed by emailed that they will take in & provide a cot. Very inconsiderate and would never recommend for people with kids.

Lovely hosts and a great place to stay for easy access to the Tongariro National Park. The bathrooms are a little old fashioned, and the walls are thin, but it was exceptionally clean and the room toasty warm. I liked the drying room as well. Would recommend!

Great location and great views as well. It's only a 15-minute drive from Mt Ruapehu, near the gas station / mini market, a snow gear rental place and a mini golf. Staff is great but there's no manager on premises, you need to call them by phone. The place itself screams for a renovation, it's old, our unit was unclean (the manager took care of this after complaining with them) and we ran out of hot water twice, so I can't imagine how it can be with full occupancy. I can't recommend this place to anyone because clearly I won't be going for a second time. Location-wise is great, but the building itself, and the cleanliness needs to improve a lot.

Was clean and more than adequate for our requirements for a place to sleep when out skiing for the weekend. Only complaint is that the walls are extremely thin and being in a middle floor unit it sounded like a herd of cattle were continually stomping on the ceiling to all hours of the night making it really difficult to sleep.

Had a lovely time here, had awesome views of Ruapehu, Ngauruhoe, and Tongariro from our upstairs room. The beds were very comfy, the heat pump was great, and communication with Mary was very good. Nice quaint accommodation
