★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow this very unassuming restaurant which we walked past because it was empty is absolutely amazing .The service was quick and friendly our meals were yummy as I definitely will bring my family back here try it for yourself you won't regret it awesome as.we came back because Eat st was full up .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I normally love to give kind reviews yet on this occasion i hope this instance helps to improve this service and food. The buffalo wings were not fresh and over cooked as were the pork spare ribs we ordered. I couldnt eat some of it. We waited 30mins We were over charged because the person who took our orders was not the same person who brought them out. We asked for a jug of coke which was not bought out to us while we waited so we asked again as the food was served than we were charged twice for the one. We didnt let it bother our date night but i can be better if the food is fresh and cooked right. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The meals were delicious and prepared to order. I had steak and changed the fries out to a salad and it was not only delicious, but absolutely no problem for the competent staff.
My husband had Creme Brulee and he was very impressed, no sharing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cocktails were yum. The platter was great and a good amount for 4 people. The mains unfortunately left a lot to be desired and 3 out of 4 were inedible. The waitress was amazing though, and set it right for us with no fuss - 10/10 for her service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met a very special friend there for lunch on a cold, dismal day. The food and coffee were great, and the hosts kindly let us stay a bit longer as they closed up. Will go back next time I'm in Rotorua.
