Good choice of meals. Good service. Very hot in the restaurant which made eating quite uncomfortable. Otherwise great place to eat.

First time coming here was an average experience, the main meal I had, the pork belly was quite delicious but I think the portion for the sides were way too much. As for the dessert, the cookie skillet had a well-controlled sweet taste, I would recommend this for those who do not like overly sweet stuff to finish off after your main. I am keen to visit again.

Used to be quite good here. This time however. Apple Juice tasted wildly watered down. Got the Vegan open sandwich which was nice. However quite small and then the entire plate was filled with stale chips and they were just touching on warm not hot at all. Chocolate fondue also not very thick. Quite watery. What is going on with the watered down, cold everything? I won't be back unfortunately. I used to like it there.

Cocktails, burgers, hot plates and desserts - a great meal overall. The patty in the cheeseburger was slightly too overcooked in my opinion and didn't have the classic juiciness that I look forward too. The pork belly - amazing seasoning, lots of umami but the meat portion was mostly fat! Still great flavour though. In my opinion, much too generous portions of chips! The skillet cookie wasn't too sweet and had just the perfect amount of ice cream also.

Good beer, good service but my Craft Burger was disappointing. I must have been the order they scraped the barrel to fulfill. Barely any fries compared to my mate opposite me who'd ordered the same thing but the real disappointment was the beef pattie. Definitely looked like they'd run out of beef. Oh well, at least it tasted good. I had to laugh.

Friends and I went here for brunch while on holiday in Rotorua and yes, I was ravenous hence my order of chicken and waffles with a poached egg and doorstop toast on the side. The doorstop toast wasn't really anything to write home about but everything else was fine for a first experience. Service was good as was the location which right in town and you can hit the shops after eating.

We were here for breakfast as it is one of the few places on eat street that actually serves a vegan breakfast. The vegan option was the muesli which was quite delicious, though for vegans who don’t want a jaw workout first thing in the morning, tough luck as the bar does not serve anything outside the breakfast menu in the morning. There are a lot of other delicious looking vegan options (the vegan sandwich sounded mouthwatering) on the other menus though which we did not get the opportunity to try.

Definitely overrated. Food is at best mediocre. Portion is so small and quality isn't proportionate to the price of the food. Ordered steak sandwich, supposed to be medium -rare but came more like well-done. Kids were not interested in the kids meal. And they just stuff u with chips and hope u enjoy ur meal.. probably won't be coming back.
