β β β β β After charging for receiving my script by fax the pharmacist gave me the wrong dosage, when I returned to correct the prescription he was patronising in tone saying "how am I supposed to know how much you need". The problem was not just the error, but the refusal to remedy it or acknowledgement that there was an error in the first place "how am I supposed to know that three times daily means three times every day"

β β β β β Decent pharmacy, you wont find anything priced the same or cheaper than the next pharmacy however I must commend the pharmacist. An elderly gentleman who is very knowledgable irrespective of the topic, he also had 20 minutes to spend discussing medication and the most efficacious way to take said medication, very knowledgeable.

β β β β β Customer service attitude was absolutely disrespectful. Had to wait for twenty minutes until the lady in charge for photos looked at us and noticed they (us) can wait, no problem. You must be doing really well with Chemist Warehouse next door to ignore customers. Good luck
