★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first time at this salon. I went in for hair colouring. I showed the lady what i wanted and she agree she can do it. She washed my hair, blow dry and straighten. It didnt look like the picture i show her, i was to embarrass to tell her, this i not what i asked for. I paid $284 and left.
End results she didnt wash my hair properly still had hair dye on my head, hair dye on my ears and the back of my neck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst $269 I've spent on my hair. The hairdresser was polite and she showed me a colour I liked for my hair, but the colour turned out way too bright then tried to tone it down which worked but I still didn't feel comfortable with the colour, it looked nothing like the picture.
Went back a few days later to change the colour to one I felt comfortable with and my hair is practically the same colour I started with. The cut was fine.
I felt like the hairdresser was more interested in finishing work early - she did try to get me to change my appointment time on both occasions to come in earlier but I simply couldn't. I suggest she not book clients in for the afternoon if she prefers to finish work early.

I have lovely long natural black hair now I’m embarrassed to go anywhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely recommend vivo manukau, my hair was coloured and cut by a lovely lady named Trina. She was so gentle and professional not rushing my hair at all. She was honest about the colour I chose which wouldnt suit my hair and she recommended another colour and I love it! They also offer a coffee while you wait :) deffs going back thanks vivo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this store for first time for cut. My hairdresser did perfect job for my blob cut. Thanks Reeshmi. Would recommend most vivo, never had any issue with my cuts. The stylist really work hard to get the style/cut if you know what you really want. They know what suits your face type and will recommend also on length/cut steepness.
