I've been using Xcell for 6 months ranging from the products Alive, Saturate to their harmony cleanser and repair.
I emailed about the cleanser as it wasn't really.. Well doing its job - I was asking for help or advise as up until this point I'd had great experiences and results.
I never received a response and was left having to use a less than ideal product because throwing it out would have been such a waste of money - this stuff isn't cheap.
Alive and saturate are incredible and I can't rate those enough. As for the customer service.. It was unfortunately as much of a let down as the harmony cleanser.
