★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My laptop would not switch on, he insisted that mother board had crashed and it would be better to buy another one, inspire of my repeated request he did not plug in other charger or check battery., infact it was battery issue. He has been selling refurbished laptops at the price of new ones.
Never go to him, he will rip you off.

Sergey was very helpful and friendly. Offered great advice and sent regular updates.
Recommended an appropriate, 2nd hand, rebuilt laptop (mine was poked!) which is working fantastically well! Also recommended anti virus software and set that up, and backed everything up for me!
I really had a great experience, will definitely use again and recommend to anyone.
