★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If we could give a zero star rating we would. Dining chairs were unstable and filthy with stains and dust. The front door to the unit was badly broken away so the room was absolutely freezing. Light switch fittings – Badly broken away and filthy - Potentially a major hazard! Especially to little ones with wondering hands! The walls & ceilings of the unit had paint peeling off and mold present all up around the man hole near the bathroom/spa room - Again, a health hazard! Carpets in the unit – Very badly stained next to the bed. Other staining droplets present throughout the rest of the room. Carpets were also very worn/balding near doors and under windowsills. Heater unit wasn't useable – Very dated and broken, no Air-con/Heat pump (which isn't ideal when your unit door has a hole in it....) Spa room – The plug was broken. Spa pool was not cleaned after previous people had stayed in the unit. We made sure we advised about the clumped balls of residue and hair present around the bath.. Spare blankets – Very dated & full of dust so they weren't useable. No toiletries in the bathroom. This motel also does not state that they are Emergency housing. Kids toys from tenants were blocking the entrance to stairwells which is also a fire-hazard. Not ideal to come back after dinner in the dark and trip over. Noise – ALL throughout the evening from what appeared to be a party happening. This was also accompanied by the smell of other substances. Early in the morning we were also woken by a loud pump/gurgling noises (spa bath). We paid just under $200 a night for this accommodation. Would not recommend to anyone and most definitely will not return!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location with a view of the lake from our unit.
Warm unit in the middle of winter with a radiator we had to turn off over night as we were too warm.
My son loved the mineral water thermal hot tub in our room.
Kitchenette bench top needs replacing but otherwise a good stay for the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusted with this sub-standard accommodation. So many things that need addressing by the management.
The unit is advertised with a spa bath, there was no plug when I asked for one I was given a line that the housekeepers had been in that morning and they hadn't notified them, so I got the new plug filled the spa and it wasn't operational.
The seats at the table, 3 of them were all broken, my partner sat on one and fell through it injuring herself.
The duvet had dried blood on it. It was a hot summers day, no fan, again had to ask for one, to be told all the rooms should have one.
There are cobwebs, dust, mildew and dirt throughout the unit
Milk is supplied, we read the fine print in the information booklet, to find that the plastic bottles are reused, apparently sanitized, given the lack of hygiene in the unit this is highly suspect. Plastic LDPE bottles are not recommended as reusable.
This is also a transitional housing facility, I feel we should have been informed of this when we made the booking.
My partner made the booking through booking.com, but didn't read any reviews, unfortunately.
When these issues were brought to the attention of management, they told us they didn't know about them, well I'm sorry but given that most of these issues have been mentioned in other reviews it is hardly believable.
The only thing going for them is when we went down and told management we could not stay there they gave a refund, less the credit card surcharge.
Not worth the $200 charged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was ok...although kitchen bench formica top cracked. It appeared that several rooms are used for emergency housing...little sleep first night ..none the next..when i politely asked at 1.30qm if they could keep running up and down the stairs and talking loudly we are intimidated. Rang police but the y never arrived. Strange because we saw them a the place twice that night earlier. No help or sympathy fro the manager. Their phone turned off. Did get a refund for the canceled 2 nights. Do not stay here. We wanted to leave about 4.30 am but were too scared to leave until about 5.30 am. Will ne=ver return. Do not stay here. It is not shown on their website about emergency housing. read the other reviews ..saimiliar stories.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for 1 night... no aircon, the room had seen better days. Not very clean, dust everywhere. Sky tv but you don't get any channels that you would usually get... had a thermal hot tub in the room but it wasn't the cleanest either... if you want cheap and nasty, this is the place for you

But now just stay away the whole bottom floor is emergency housing .we stayed on a Thursday as soon as we got in our room there was big fight down stairs between girls saying they Going to tie someone up and bash them . A car also got stolen the night before . Cars in and out all night and morning filled with hood rats drinking they have no respect for guests all there mates hanging out there it's pretty much the Bronxs with a nice view . We we're booked in for two nights but got out of there 1st thing in morning . Thank god drove past on Friday and there was an ambulance and police there
