★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st time here, it was a good day pools were different temps. Had hydroslides etc. Kids area was great for the little ones. Had a couple dodgy bits to the deck that needs replacing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hot spring pools were so relaxing. Certainly puts any stressed muscles and tension at ease. The kids enjoyed the slides. However, the dragon slide was out of service but it still occupied them.
I definitely recommend bringing the kids and family here for a dip. I feel it's even better on a rainy day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've stayed at DeBretts three times in the last few years, in an executive studio each time. The first two times I had no issues and really enjoyed my stay which is why I decided to return.
The third time was average at best. The pillows are horrible (every pillow is very thin), I do not remember the pillows being like that the last times I have stayed otherwise I would have taken my own. Whoever stayed before us did not wash their dishes properly, some not at all. Which goes to show that the staff had not checked the room properly before we arrived. The bathroom door handle was dodgy.
The cafe only had food from the cabinet to offer when we went in the morning, not cafe meals as per website, (we had no issue going elsewhere). As for the staff, some were very nice and friendly, especially at the soak area. At reception when we checked in, the staff weren't very friendly and did not leave the best impression.
I really wanted to leave feeling great about my stay, but it seems as though the service at DeBretts is not as good as it used to be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved this place everything clean to a high standard the office girls are willing to help with any issues that may come up. The lovely man that does the ground work does an amazing job at keeping everything looking beautiful. And the bonus of the amazing hot pools to wind down and relax. Seriously i will be back as many times as I can manage. Thank you for making my stay a good one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in for one night with camper van to have nice long hot shower. Very clean well maintained amenities BUT I didn’t read the toilet and showers were unisex. You literally shower with everyone even though u have your own shower cubicle 2x2. Awkward to say the least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. Wow. Wow. We booked through a site with 'no refund'. When we saw that we had to walk a long way outside to a toilet (I'm 69) I said that we'd have to find somewhere else. The amazing receptionist said that it would be difficult to find a vacancy so she held our room AND phoned around and found us a motel!!!! I was so astonished by the service AND they refunded our fee. A++++ Thank you so much, Libby
