★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing good to say here. "Kingsize" bed us just 2 singles pushed together so hard a hard ridge running through the middle of it. Loud plumbing noises every time an adjoining apartment was using water. Housekeeping replaced a towel and 2 coffee pods, none of the other amenities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for our first night as a married couple- staff were extremely hard to communicate with. Answered the phone with their name and not the name of the accommodation. Wouldn’t let us have a late check out. Didn’t give us the details to check in late ( even though I asked numerous times) and only gave it to us later in the night which wasn’t ideal as we were obviously busy. Main thing was the terrible communication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed over Christmas, Room had stunning lakefront views. Book direct from their site not booking.com as it created issues with double booking however still managed to have a room that could fit x3 comfortably. Wish there was aircon, however keep double doors open for that cool breeze. Carpark was full and couldn't fit my suv (larger vehicles take up space) however plenty of spaces on the main road and it's well lit. Huge fan of kitchenette and coffee machine.

Motel was noisy whenever anyone turned the water on,. windows covered in condensation in the morning. was not worth the $310 we paid. I would never step foot in this motel again and would not recommend it to anyone. would rather sleep in my car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went today to this motel . I went for this motel to deliver food for my customer they are staying in this motel in unit number 8. I do not know where is unit number 8. I went to the receptionist, I do not know her name she is a Chinese lady. I politely ask her where is room number 8. She was very rude with me and she said to me do not come next time here for customer's delivery. I want to tell you guys if you want to stay in this motel you have to pick up you food own because the staff of this motel is not polite with delivery guys. I am giving one star but this motel is not able to get one star because of its staff members rude behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is my second time here. i really like this motel especially the spa inside the room, the view and the hot pool in the garden, clean and tidy. the little kitchen in the room is so helpful if u come with kids

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We didn't even get to stay here... we had to cancel our whole holiday to NZ due to covid and everyone (flights, car hire, other hotels) were very helpful and understanding... except Clearwater! Clearwater were terribly rude and just said sorry to hear but oh well we are taking your money anyway! I was bitterly disappointed as it was over a weeks notice that I gave them and the deposit had only jus gone through the day before. After reading some of the other reviews on here, and now with my own experience, I feel these owners are just taking advantage of this beautiful place and the genuine people visiting. They have definitely lost us as customers and I hope anyone reading these to make a decision whether to stay here or not hears our experiences so they don't experience them too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hot pool looked like it wasn't cleaned for atleast 2 weeks. Extremely dirty at the bottom. Spa in the room not clean at all... had black stuff coming from the spa jets.. booked lake view room but never got a lake view. Definitely not going back to this motel again.
