★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After over 28years of being a customer, I have had my last straw with ASB. Never will I bank with them again and have taken my business,daily banking and other custom to another bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been waiting almost 2 weeks now since I had a meeting with a lady RE: my mortgage. I have rung twice since and both times the person on the other end said I will get the particular lady to call me back. I have also been into the branch on Saturday 5th May 2018 and they told me she was away but would get her to give me a call Monday morning (07/05/18). Yet here I am typing this out because I still have not heard anything. You expect your customers to wait near on 2 weeks to have an answer, if I did that in the business area I work in I would have no customers left. I would advise improvement in this area sooner rather than later. Jamie

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really impressed am from rangiora but the bank was closed there, came in today to open an account was served by a lovely young lady easy as to deal with very polite no complaints here, am surprised the ratings on here are low, maybe bogus reviews

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would be nice when walking in to be greated with a warm welcome and not be questioned if the atm for depositing cash is busy, there was no one in the bank and two people at customer service. Also we don't come into this side of town so it being under construction we didn't know there were avaliable atms. I get being a weekend can be busy or people have the own things going on in life but when you are at the greeting point would be great to have a smile and not be so bitter . Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Talked down to and told they were too busy to help with opening my children's accounts. They had time to argue with me about why they couldn't do it. Took copies of my children's birth certificates and was told they would get the accounts ready and contact me to come in and sign. That was weeks ago. Customer service.... Zero. Personality of the staff member who greeted me...... Zero. Wish I got her name but she's the rude one that doesn't smile and talks down to you.
