★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch is always been busy, queueing most of time. They do have some good staffs there, ad we come here all the time. But I'm not very unlike today... the lady staff on today late night shift need customer service training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nancy is very professional and offered me lots of help with a right direction. I went to St Lukes branch last week and nobody offered me help at all. They just told me to figure out the problem myself. I don’t think they know how to do their jobs properly and they definitely need to improve their customer service skills. The experiences in different branches are different, so you might need to choose the branch you visit carefully.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always hate coming to this bank. You have to queue for far too long for simple queries (45 minutes today) + they aren't paying attention to who is in the queue and just see anyone who has jumped to the front instead of respecting the time of the people who have waited.They charge $3 for getting change at the counter, which would be fine if I could get smaller amounts from the machine, but there are set minimums on the automatic machine that are much higher than I required. If I had a choice I would never come to or use this bank in future.

The branch was incredibly busy but we were given exceptional service.
I was able to watch how the rest of the team managed the people waiting in a queue of about 9 and it impressed me how they went about it. I saw that they tried to treat everyone in the same exceptional way we were treated.
