★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a Nissan Leaf from Autolink a couple of week's ago. I found their pricing very reasonable and the whole sales process seamless, including trading my current vehicle. The whole team are very professional and so knowledgeable and generous with information about EV's in general. I can't believe how much I love my new car. Personally I think everyone should drive an EV and Autolink were so helpful (especially Sarah) that I would like to highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in to the showroom to make an enquiry and drove out in a virtually brand new BMW i3.
OK, a slight exaggeration. I had been toying with the idea of going electric but needed more information. My lucky day. Happened to meet a fellow who knew everything there is to know about them at this time. Although his specialty is Nissan there was a newly arrived BMW i3 Rex in mint condition with only a few thousand K’s on the monitor. Now there are a few more K’s and driving it has been a real treat, Thanks to Mr Schmidt and his team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in with full intention of purchasing a vehicle but was met with a rude and arrogant sales manager. Not a word spoken to us when we came in. After looking around and inquiring about a car at the back of the show room, he sighed and exclaimed how it would be such a hassle to move all the other cars. Proceeded to remark how one of our party already wasted their time because they were on the phone to a sick relatively who called whilst we were looking around. They seemed to be riding a wave of arrogance due to increased demand for electric cars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went in to take a look and purchase a Nissan Leaf. We were ignored from the get-go and when we did ask for help, the staff were rude and most unhelpful, and treated us with contempt. I was on the phone dealing with a family situation and although my partner and his colleague were also there, the salesman complained about me being on a call. Considering we were ready to purchase, this was extremely unprofessional. I've never had an experience like this and am sorely disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, worst retail service I've ever had was fully ready to buy a car and just wanted a test drive. Was ignored for a while before someone reluctantly came out from the back and gave me the rudest most arrogant treatment and couldn't be bothered moving a couple of cars. I was shocked and taken aback but reading some of the reviews here it seems others have had the same experience. Turns out that was the owner as well. Would recommend steering clear of here, have since purchased a Leaf at another dealership and got much better service.

Sarah is totally professional and answered every query we had, real fast. Service is exceptional and a great buying experience all round, excellent.
