★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Directions on website led to wrong location. Rang twice. Gave up after 15 minute wait second time. On arrival treated with a contempt I have never encountered. Not even greeted. Blocked from access to laid for room. Three hours later they ring to confirm cancellation to release our room. Request for refund refused. The single most repugnant experience of my life. Arrogant, unprofessional, bullying, totally manipulative and dishonest. Have laid formal complaint externally. Worst experience and management ever. Do not give this place your custom. They are criminals.

No wonder it was very cheap, dirty and noisy accommodation managed by perfectly matched unprofessional and ugly woman.

Friendly personal service and fresh nourishing meal from the attached restaurant. I could also see my car from my room, which was perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend. Is a typical backpackers. Rooms on web and booking sites deceiving. Are not clean and modern.
Is very unclean, noisy with horrible smell and mold all over bathroom. And broken lights and broken bits in bathroom. We got room with own bathroom.
Asked for another room but were none available. Apparently not policy to give refunds, We ended up leaving cause could not sleep due to smell and noise, and knowing spiders were on the windows.
