Rooms are quite dated but cozy. - shower pressure is not good in some of the rooms.
WiFi is pretty fast. Beds are comfy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We LOVED our stay here, decided to book in a day earlier as we were staying at the COPHORNE, what a joke that place was, forfeited a night there to come down to the Bay Sands, we had the Family Apartment which was awesome, will be recommending to everyone and coming back to stay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my husband with a 10month old baby stayed for 2 nights, very convenient to shops and restaurants. Friendly service. Our car broke down on the second day of our stay, Jimmy helped us alot with car mechanic and late check out. Highly recommended place to stay. Wouldn't hesitate going back there in a heartbeat. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little place at a good price. We had a lovely stay here and Jimmy too great care of us. Made us feel like family. The location had a great break right across the street and the town is small and super friendly. We loved it. The small kitchen was just enough for us and our extended stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend staying here if you're on a budget and love the beach. Got upgraded from standard to sea view studio which was the highlight of our stay due to the amazing beach views. Awesome service by Jimmy. Very clean room. Had an issue with the fridge in the beginning but luckily got resolved asap. Highly pleased with my stay. Will surely stay here again when I come to Paihia ?
