★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our 7th stay at Baywater, this trip found new management. During our stay I used a hair product, went out for a 2 hour walk, returned to unit and found product missing. I had left my product on the bathroom vanity with the intent of re-applying on my return. During our absence our unit had been serviced and cleaned. After approaching manager on discovery of product missing, and then speaking again on departure - manager was unwilling to address this issue at all. In the past we have obviously rated Baywater highly as we have returned 7 times - never have we had a problem with anything going missing from our room - so disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely spot overlooking the lake. Traffic noise though, but for us weary travellers it really didn't bother us much. A glass of red and a bottle of champagne for the missus in the spa tub. All is good. Across the road a gelato vendor set up and about 20m away another set up as a mobile coffee shop. A terrific place to base for both the lake and the two jet boat rides..... take my advice - do both jet boat rides. Both good both different.
