★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was so poor. They are supposed to be a 'fAsT fOoD' service but the wait is equivalent to a 5 start restaurant....which they clearly aren't. The food was so terrible I spent $50 expecting to receive my money's worth but the chicken smelt like it was months old and tasted like so bad. Unbelieveable. These people should be trialled in court and pay compensation to everyone who they have scammed. Packaging was very careless its like they just threw everything in the bag. I would not recommend this place to anyone please do not go here. I hope these people get shut down as soon as possible, their customers will end up in hospital if they continue to run. DISGUSTING. HORRIBLE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited for more than an hour to receive a box of uncooked chicken which smelt like rotten diarrhoea and the packaging was damaged and soggy. Inedible food and an absolute waste of time. It was supposed to be a Ramadan pack and a nice meal to take home in the afternoon but we ended up throwing the away the whole lot. The service was garbage and the staff were clueless of where the order went. No dates were given as the combo had mentioned. $50 for THAT service? Not worth it. Do not waste time and money here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s supposed to be a fast food restaurant but the wait times are crazy long! Seems to be under-staffed and over-worked. There is no sign of a manager or team leader in sight who could oversee things. It’s seems to be run by amateurs with no sense of efficiency and service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not really busy but looked like heaps of phone and online orders. Staff overwhelmed and not good organized. Waiting time wasn't short but ok. Quality of the chicken, fries and burger was pretty good, not like other companies. Chicken strips are way better than others. Staff was friendly and really tried there best. Solid 4 out of 5

Waited 25 minutes and understandably they were busy so that's fine but cold food. I returned the fries as luckily I checked. Lady replaced it. Got home chicken strips stone cold. After 25 minutes at least u expect hot food special when I m still in ur store and u guys not checking quality.
Disappointed very much so as I m a regular customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 18/12 Really bad service at Manukau. The new staff need to be trained. I asked to order to be packed in separate bags. But the order was crammed into boxes, most of the mash has leaked out. I contacted the store and was told that they never had issues with the mash. Lol. Please train staff on packing food items. Missing spoons. 3 of 4 meals damaged.
24/12 I went back to the store. They replaced my mash from last week. Service was a lot better. Food was packed better. 10/10. Discussed what happened last week. Possibly an issues with containers.
