★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an order for 2 burger combos chicken pieces and donuts at the manukau mall BK. Having already had the wrong burger given once before i double checked I'd asked for the correct burgers. I saw the correct number of burgers etc go into the bags etc so thought it would be fine. after driving 15 mins home in the rain and traffic I find AGAIN that they gave the wrong burger I drove back to get it replaced but they close at 6pm so I couldn't even get a replacement. Obviously we won't be going to this specific branch again but seeing as we didn't order anything unusual (no dietary requirements etc) it's madness they've got the order wrong twice in a row! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not happy as I ordered burger with extra 2 cheese but when I got home the cheese wasnt added:not sure wether they forgot or cheese got finished and were scared to let me know as I already paid for.i forgave the. Though under the basis of human error.thanks

The only flaw was long waiting time ~11min.
P.S. I had 1 and 1/2 patties in the cheeseburger lol
(Looks like a half patty got stuck while cooking.)
