★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Samsung Note10 was run over, so I needed a new screen, store didn't have stock of parts needed but staff arranged for parts from other store location.
Fair pricing, I queried elsewhere and the average price was $550-$650 staff arranged parts in from other shop and sent me sms to advise I can drop off phone.
Within 4 hours of dropping off my phone, I received another SMS advising my phone is ready for pick up. Totley price was $450, $50 less than estimated price.
I really Appreciated the transparency with the pricing. Excellency Communication and Prompt service.
NOTE: Part-pay payment option available, Humm NZ 3% charge (small price to pay to get screen replaced)

Great service, product arrived neatly packaged and in incredible condition. Have had no issues with the device thus far and the option for an extended warranty was inexpensive and attractive.
