She was very polite and had us sorted in a matter of minutes...even gave us an upgrade, due to not having a replacement component. Big thanks for making this so easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor selection of posters, staff were less than enthusiastic, can't really blame them though it's not as if retail staff earn much more than minimum wage. Overall the store had a reasonable selection of popular game titles and offered a variety of preorder games.
