β β β β β My daughter and I rented our ski gear from Edge to Edge last weekend. Sam was really helpful and got us on the way with everything we needed including information about the slopes, shuttle bus, etc. Great service and with a smile too!!

β β β β β Bad customer service from the girl at the front desk, things were pretty expensive compared to the other place I should of goes to. I got a snowboard and the bindings were so lose I got them fixed to replace the screws while on the mount by mt ruapehu workshop and one of the clips were wrapped in duct tape which ended up falling off as well as a clip that kept unclipping while I was snowboards.

β β β β β Really helpful guys and very friendly. Helped kit our small family out for a day on Mt Ruapehu. A bit pricey though. Next time we will check out the prices of other ski hire places including the ski hire place at Whakapapa Ski Field.

β β β β β Very positive experience at Edge 2 Edge! There is a wide variety of gear to select from, catering to whatever it is you want to do on the mountain i.e. skiing, snowboarding, climbing. For my partner and I, it was skiing, and we were rookies. Fortunately for us the shop provided everything we needed at an affordable price and the staff were a pleasure to deal with, very friendly and helpful. It's easy to see why they have been in business for so long. Thank you very much for making our trip to Ruapehu so much easier! Highly recommended!

β β β β β Little to no help in finding the right size of hiking shoes. It was clear we are unseasoned hikers (from the many questions we asked) and it resulted in me having a size too small. This gave me 3 huge blisters.
Also the opening hours reported were wrong so we had to wait 30 min for someone to show up.
All in all I wasnt too happy with service but my wife really enjoyed the shoes
