Our friendly staff can arrange bus and tour bookings as well as provide advice on local activities, restaurants and walking tracks.
Buses leave at regular intervals from Skotel for the ski-field and Tongariro Crossing (seasonally).

The accomodation has a large deck attached to its restaurant/bar (which is reasonably priced and tasty) which has stunning views. Perfect place for a beer after a day on your feet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect for what we needed - an affordable place to stay before and after the Tongariro crossing. Great facilities, clean bathroom. Comfy spots to sit in both bar and kitchen area. Coffee’s good too ??would stay again for sure.

Shuttle service from the hotel parking for the alpine Crossing very nice.
The park around this resort is amazing! Worth a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely loved our stay! Kids had a blast and the views were stunning. We stayed in the cabin and it was nice and clean and warm and the shower pressure was excellent would stay again in a heart beat! Staff super friendly and welcoming thank you for a great weekend ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place to stay for activities in Tongariro National Park. We did the crossing and Skotel were easily accommodating in booking the shuttle to pick us up and we loved that we could buy a packed lunch for the day! On return we jumped into the spa which was well needed. Reasonable price for the service, accommodation and facilities that are provided. Owners were super friendly and welcoming, thank you!
