β β β β β Have to say our experience with customer support was somewhat better than that of previous writers...Our machine needed replacement parts & the local agent dithered about for a month before we up-lifted the machine, still "dead"...On talking with customer care, we eventually reached a happy conclusion & now have clean carpets again...Thanks heaps Electrolux.

β β β β β Absolutely appauled by the rude attitude at customer care. Needed replacement parts for my machine which has had parts break every year to the point I had to tape the handle on. $850.00 vaccume from Briscoes. It's under full warranty. They are trying every way to make it hard. Every time I talk to a them there is a new excuse. Now they are blaming me for misuse and won't reply to emails or let me speak to another manager. I would not buy their products ever again.

β β β β β I was informed by a serviceman that my 5 year old Electrolux oven *which cost $3500 at Harvey Norman) is irrepairable. The door hinges are no longer being manufactured. To ensure the oven maintains it heat I have to 'bungy cord' it I have been dealing with Olivia through the customer care phone line and via email.It is extremely difficult to reach Olivia or to get any help on how to proceed. Olivia confirmed last week that the oven was essentially obsolete and would need replacing. She stated that she would email through a replacement offer the following day. This did not eventuate. I am still having to chase and badger for a resolution to this issue. Is it reasonable that an oven of this value only gives you 5 years service?

β β β β β Bought the top of the line range hood. It was faulty out of the box. They sent a repairman over and now itβs gonna be 3 weeks waiting for a part. Almost failed the final council inspection on the build. Pretty bad experience.
