★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spotting a new place is always good, especially when it seems to be fresh interesting and a little bit different like this one. You might think the premise is almost too simple, but after I trying it out I can report that providing a short menu comprising essentially nothing but sandwiches *really* works if the sandwiches are uncompromisingly excellent as these ones most surely are. I tried the mushroom and bacon, truly one of the tastiest treats I can remember.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious gourmet sandwiches, Italian Sodas (a must try) and Peoples Coffee!
I had the Schnitzel chicken sandwich which has super soft bread, crispy chicken and minimal but effective flavours!
I suggest adding the hot sauce on the table to give it a little more of a flavour kick! (I hope to see a hotter sauce option though).
I didn't have coffee this time around but will definetly be back to try!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great little addition to Cuba St. Have eaten here twice in as many months. Best sandwiches in all of Wellington and possibly the North Island. Sandwiches are generous in size, use tasty and interesting bread and creative toppings. Service is fast and the team is friendly. Limited seating inside but as long as you avoid the mid-day rush you'll get a seat.

After a quick yarn with the friendly staff I was served with a bloody fantastic sandwich and a perfectly made mocha (a barista that knows how to work with oat milk!). Genuinely this sandwich was elite - fresh, flavourful, and unique enough to impress any Wellington foodie.
Great trendy spot to impress a date, catch up with a friend, or even have a casual networking/business catch up. Great chilled out tunes and a fresh, zesty atmosphere. I look forward to coming here again!
