★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unable to contact directly,linen not changed room not clean or cleaned no sky. Premises not same as pictures on web site. I did get a complimentary wine for mix up misunderstanding on availability .Shower was great bed comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sufficient parking large modern bathroom no sky tv poor wifi always cut out too far from town. Restaurant and bar closed due to no staff. Comfortable bed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called in to book for one night and the receptionist was so bad and rude. At first they said they have to talk to their manager first about handling me the keys for the room as I was going to pay for that night. I waited more than an hour for their call they never called me again, I called them again and the receptionist said she’ll call me in 5mins, took me about hour again to wait for their call. They finally called and this time it was the manager, he said they aren’t interested with what so ever I was trying to do with them, when I just needed a room to stay. As a manager he should speak like a manager but instead the way he was talking was so rude and so disrespectful. Honestly the worst place ever and the service was so bad! I DON’T recommend this to anyone as no one should ever be treated like this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great stay here in the Waitangi weekend. We were a large group of 22 (incl children) and felt very comfortable during our short stay. The manager Randhir allowed us to use the bar space(closed due to covid) for our dinner which worked our superbly for a large group like ours rather than cramming into someone's room. Rooms have names & not numbers which is pretty unique. Rooms were well kept, mattresses a bit too jiggly, but only for a night so were not a show stopper. Shower pressure was excellent. Would def recommend for a quick stay while in Masterton.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed one night. Warm and comfortable. Nice staff. Toilet had not been cleaned in my room before arriving as had skid marks in bowl and filthy between bowl and wall. Shelf holding towels was dirty. Coffee table needs replacing or resurfacing. There is a bar on-site but not sure if open as no information given.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful and a friendly welcome. Had a lovely room which was clean. Definitely feels like a 5 star plus. Shame restaurant and bar weren't open due to covid, but I will be back so hopefully it will be in the not too distant future. Lovely accommodation. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely clean room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed and pillows. They were great waiting for us as we were late off ferry. Easter eggs in our room was a lovely thought on Easter Sunday. We will be back.
