★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good variety of clothing, tailored section was very well maintained. The staff member at the tailored section provided great service and provided alot of knowledge about the products and styles. Though the shop it self wasn't that spacious it was well spaced out.

I came in with a bit of a frustrating (for them) exchange to take care of. They evaluated the request I had and decided there was no real reason to decline so that was all good from my point of view.
Normally that would be the end of things. But that is where their service began.
Their server spotted I wasn't very confident about sizing the trousers and he came to the changing area to check & see if I needed help (Which I did)
He then very gently talked me through figuring out the size that worked best. Quite happily getting 3 different sizes for me to check. Having done all this he very happily helped me finalise the "purchase"
I couldn't be more impressed!
Well done to the brilliant staff at Sylvia Park Hallensteins!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to give a glowing review of the Sylvia Park Hallensteins store. Today, I had the pleasure of taking my son to purchase his whole suit from the complete suit, the tie, shoes and belt. We had help from the maori/pacific island gentleman who attended us as soon as we walked into the store. He went over and above service to help us, and also I'd like to mention to the other two staff members who were also extremely pleasant and helpful. They made us feel very comfortable. If they were my staff I'd treat them and take them out for drinks and dinner or better yet, give them all a raise!! They are soooo valuable to Hallensteins!! I hope he enjoyed his cupcake and I wish I could've have given them all a treat. Awesome staff!! Showing my son how to put a tie on, just too much, THANK YOU!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store! The staff were very nice and helpful. I got an awesome blazer and a smart pair of chinos. Pretty stoked with these as a short person it's hard to get pants and jackets to fit well, but these options did the trick. I wasn't super confident as a someone who's not just a cis guy going in and probably wasn't going to try the jackets if one of the guys didn't come over to help me while I was staring at them lol. He brought out different sizes and styles to fit me until there was one I loved and I'm super happy I got to buy it. Thanks heaps :)
