★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice views, but the stairs in the unit aren't great for elderly people extremely steep. No bathroom or toilet upstairs at all. Parking very tight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room wasnt ready to check in on time, shower was old and very hard pressure - felt like needles. Walls are thin and the floors creak. We had a premium room - no way it should be classified as that. Was meant to have great views but there was a fair in front with joyrides. To top it off there was a large extended family staying in a couple of units near us who had a constant stream of visitors many of whom swam in the pool. The kids spent everyday divebombing into the pool for many hours. The manager of the place did nothing to address the situation. Glad to go home. Dont recommend this property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Myself and my family booked 2 x 2-bedroom family apartments which were side by side and we totally loved it. The rooms were super clean, beds were comfortable, the shower was perfect, we loved the pool and spa and especially the views of Lake Taupō. We will definitely return to Taupō and stay here again.
