They're better than other GPs I've seen because they actually care about your health and wellbeing whereas others just send you off with panadol and say come back if it doesn't get better! Dr Simmy and Dr Olive are the best. Reception is very friendly, thanks Robyn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son had abdominal pain and I visited about 2.52 pm. Clinic hours on the doors indicated open until 3pm on a public holiday. Staff refused to help us although we were at reception before 2.55pm. As a medical facility I would imagine that you would help everyone that arrived up to 3pm and not turn people away. I got told to drive to Hamilton for assistance. Terrible service by receptionist. I have always received good service here, but this time they let us down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is not about health care it’s about making a profit and having their audits look good. Judgemental and narrow minded Drs. Receptionist however are lovely. If you want your human rights impinged upon this is the place to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My current Dr is fine, though have had some pretty shabby service from some of the other "professionals" that work there in the past.When we go to the clinc we have to sign in,answer the possible contact questions,wear a mask,sit apart,have no books to read,talk to reception through a perspect screen,BUT,when it comes to the point of contact we ALL make physically(supplying a payment)pay wave is not an option.WHY??,because paywave incurs a charge and infringes on their profit.This makes a mockery of all the other steps that are there to avoid cross contamination,in other words it's all about money money money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited a week for appointment only to be told after 30mins after waiting they had change the time an haven’t contacted me, an let me sit in waiting room to tell me I can’t be seen unless I wait 2hr or have to make a appointment for next week so takes 2 weeks to be seen also website says they would rather not treat certain people which is discrimination no matter who or what is happening in the world they have a duty of care that is not happening
