★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to visit the clinic on Monday, 13 August and was seen by Dr Francisco. I'm not sure who she was angry with but she seemed to want to take it out on me and it was not a pleasant consultation. She'd even called in the next patient before my consult was finished (this lady was standing in the room waiting her turn) and told me to "close the door on your way out". She made no eye contact and made me feel like I was a complete inconvenience. As a GP I would not like to see her again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After visiting Te kuiti clinic realized how over worked the medical system is. Tho no med centre is perfect that one is a pandemic waiting to happen. I Otorohanga is clean, great with time management of their facilitclean with fresh air in the waiting room, brilliant nurses, great facilities and the doctors there do try to sort things out. Their systems work and you don't feel worse when you walk out. I have come to realize that the days of a personal physician are gone. My bad its just the new way of doing things.
Thank you to the wonderful response last week, from receptionist, to the nurses (always awesome) and the doctor. Women rule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appalling treatment by Dr Bhanu towards my mother. In summary told her she was wasting her time and sent her home (Not exact words). A week later with extensive injuries Mum then went to the ER where she was kept all day and examined. She had a broken nose, severe concussion and severe bruising to just name a few things.
