★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be very careful when returning the vehicle, make sure they sign off your liability before leaving.
I had returned before the agreed return timing and got them to bring me to the airport. When I ask the front office if that was all? they said, ”Yes”, and their staff drove me to the airport. When I arrived home, which was after a 10 hr flight, I received an email saying after they washed the vehicle they noticed there was damages and had charged the excess to my card. I highlight to them that was not right, as my liabilities should have ended when I handed them the vehicle and it is their due diligence to check, just as I took liability once I took the vehicle off their lot.
Should have just stuck to the bigger companies like Hertz or AVIS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8 seater Mercedes was a great way to see the south island , very economical with plenty of room ( 5 adults all with luggage) Hired the headset as well , awesome for letting the ones seated in the "economy seats" know of up coming attractions and offers of "comfort" stops . Only draw back was only 1 USB charging port in entire vehicle

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car rentals for big cars. If you have a big family or group with you coming to New Zealand, this is the place you want to rent for. People are nice here. They really try to accommodate with what you need. Some downsides are, they don't have smaller cars and usually when you have one car booked there is hardly flexibility in going up and down on sizes since they don't really have the numbers yet. Hopefully they do in the near future. Another thing is, they will pick you up from the airport. But, we were flying from queenstown, and they didn't have a shuttle going from their place to the airport. So be ready to do some walking! Overall, pretty nice experience.
