★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly crazy poor service for online Uber orders, had to wait for an order for more than 2 hours. If you are not staffed enough just don’t take the order and waste others time. Horrible service at the front desk for Uber drivers too. Uber drivers are doing a job just like you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. Used the drivethru and asked to wait which I don't mind as the food is then generally fresh. However, my and another customers orders were mixed up and despite having asked the staff member if he had my correct order, I had told him what I ordered. His reponse was yes and moved on without even checking. Myself and the other driver switched them back. On my arrival home less than 3 mins later burgers were stone cold and the beef mozzarella burger had no beef in at all. Can I suggest that staff slow down and concentrate on quality control and customer service, this is how you you keep your customers.Will be thinking twice before using this store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally maccas chips are palletable, but this time not sure if they’d been sitting out all day and reheated heaps or what, but they were below average by far this time (still ate them but really not great). However they did come out as they had run out of a drink I ordered and offered an alternative, and I didn’t have to wait very long at all. So their customer service was their redeeming factor on that one. Everything else was fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Machine showed a blank screen for the frozen drink selection, couldnt use eftpos as said i needed a login authorization, clicked pay at counter and it said another error. Cancelled then went to the counter where i had to repeat my order (of 3 things) 4 times over 5 minutes to the girl all up what should of been a quick in and out took 35 minutes... least the hot chocolate was good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My uber order is sitting on the desk with driver talking to each other since last 30 minutes! Once the order is handed over to driver, what the hell is he doing by sitting around the restaurant ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stop for a meeting or to grab a bite to eat, refuel and hit the road toilets are pleasant and clean staff are friendly there's a play area for the kids easy ordering systems so refreshing to grad second cuppa .parking out front and on the side

Oh brother! *face palm*
Zero consistency... McDonalds NZ seems to flip flop with service. Really.... photos attached of the mess they expect people to pay for...
Same as Chartwell now... no lettuce, no tamota on one of the burgers and a small slither on the other. Cheese was stuck to the box. Not on the burger and there was a mess of some brown fatty substance all over the boxes.... gross ??

I was so badly disappointed by the McDonalds in Chartwell mall so many times.
But these past 2 times I went to the 5 cross roads branch, I have been pleased.
Again, thank you :) super service and amazing meals :)
