β β β β β I am amazed by the top services I had received in Mercy Radiology Pakuranga. Staff in the clinic are very genuine and friendly. Angela had done her best to find me the earliest possible spot when she understood I was in an urgent situation; Christine the sonographer demonstrated the highest level of professionalism throughout the exam, while other members I met are also very nice. They made patients feel at home. Very good experience at this clinic.

β β β β β Worst experience ever. Had an appointment in morning for X-ray and get a call 30 mins before the appointment that the sono is sick so cant have the X-ray done. This is totally understandable as anyone can get sick. Now the lady who called was extremely rude. No respect or empathy that someone booked for X-ray is obviously not doing it for pleasure but must of course be in a need as well. When asked to be accommodated she turns around rudely on the phone to lecture me how sickness is in no ones control. I explained her that i understand that but just wish to be accommodated and not pushed out until first week dec. She promises to call back but then never did. I called back and spoke to another staff member who puts me on hold and then hangs up the call after a minute. I called back again and spoke to a guy who gives me hope that he understood my position and will surely try to help as he understood that the appointment had to be cancelled with no fault of mine.
I get a call back after 20 mins to let me know that i had 2 options, I can either travel 40Km to get an appointment this week or I can wait until first week of December. He was so rude as well..
Seems like mercy radiology has forgotten that people come to visit them for medical needs and not by choice. A real training required here to teach some basic customer service and empathy.

β β β β β The receptionist and the radiographer were both caring and empathetic. They showed respect, were friendly as well as professional, and put me at my ease. I did not have long to wait until I was seen. On the whole, I was really impressed with the service. Thanks to all.
