★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had never experienced such bad service in the past. Went to fix my grandma's watch which they got it wrong for the first time but it is completely understandable because mistakes do happen. The shop assistant is simply very rude and lack of patience. I think he must have had a bad day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car key casing had broken and the button to release the key wasn't working, but it everything else was fine and could still do it's job. Took it in to see if they could repair the release button but was told I needed a whole new key case.
I originally went to Pakuranga where he quoted $129 but didn't have the style of key in store and said I should go to the Botany store. I came to Botany where the guy tried to tell me it was going to be $249 and the new key case he showed me looked nothing like my key and had a "boot open" button. I have a ute so that was pointless. I told him this and then about being quoted at Pakuranga, so they then reluctantly said oh yes, well the key case that is the same as yours is $129. I feel like they were trying to rip me off a bit.
But anyway, I got it fixed yesterday here. It worked leaving the mall to go home. It worked leaving to go to the city. At 10pm that night, when we were leaving, the buttons wouldn't work and unlocking it manually caused my car alarm to go off and warning lights for a a theft attempt to come on. After struggling for half an hour, eventually my partner managed to get the button to work and we drove it home. Seriously frustrating.
When he was fixing it, both guys in store asked if I had a spare key... I thought it was coz he was trying to sell me another key, but maybe he was foreshadowing his own terrible job at putting all the same insides of my key into a new case. I am going back today to see what they will do about this. Wish me luck.
*edit: In response to the reply, I understand that the cost of this key repair is competitive, my initial issue was that he immediately tried to replace my key with one that was not what I required and at a higher pricepoint. Also, he replaced the battery in my key when I went back in (also note that I never had issue with the battery before the key casing was changed).
It is now working.

Just when I thought I would have to go else where they organised someone to come to my house the next day to fix it. Great service going the extra step most businesses lack these days Thanks again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my wife's watch serviced for battery replacement. Came back to find a surprise whopper of a scratch on the back, and they didn't even acknowledge it! After communicating with the management team at Botany Town Centre they got Mister Minit to scrape off the surface off to smoothe out the back. Had to go up and down multiple times for their lack of professional services. It's why I never go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will never go back there again!!!! they gave a quote an when returning to pay the price has doubled, the manager is so rude an would not ring his employee to check the quoted price. They should change there name to Mister Rip Off. Definitely do not deserve a business in botany

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experiences I've ever had. I had key cut and when I went home to try the key. The key got stuck in door because of bad cut. Because it's master door I had to call a locksmith not a shoe repair cant do the basic job. Never recommend at all.

I just got back home from the botany store. They charged me $100 for 2 keys and It doesn't work. Later then the guy who copied the keys was tried to make it work then made even my original key went wrong. My car started to malfunction. So he called his mechanic to fix the problem. They still charged me and even with un-trained eye keys are not matching.
Never recommended at all.
