★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (July 2020) We had a wonderful time here. The house was clean and beautifully equipped with interesting retro and antique furniture. All rooms had heaters. All beds had electric blankets. There was a massive fire in the lounge and underfloor heating in the bathroom to boot. We were toasty warm our entire stay, which was just as well as we had the perfect experience of snowfall overnight. Beautiful setting.
