★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent an oversized alexa for repairing coz the leather was cracked. The store took ages to book in my case and lost my bag during delivery. They wouldn’t agree to replace the same one for me ,only offered store credit to let me repurchase the bag, but the price was insanely increased in a way of forcing me to pay extra bcoz of their fault. Poor quality bag. Awful customer service experience. Will never come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a bag 7 weeks ago. Was told it would take upto 6 weeks arrive as there was none in the country at the time. Went into store after 5 weeks and saw the exact bag I had ordered and paid for displayed on the shop floor. There has been no follow up, I have called 3 times (to which the lady on the phone didn't speak English), gone into store twice to follow up about where my bag is and have still heard nothing. Do a lot of luxury shopping - this is NOT a good experience, especially for the money you pay. Very disappointing. Would happily take a refund at this point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a huge fan of the Mulberry products as I am a collector, I will continuously shop this store as it is the only one in NZ! This brand is perfect for everyday use & it's timeless / durable! I just love their products! Strongly recommend having at least 2 or 3 collections from Mulberry!
